For companies, this is perhaps one of the most important services we can offer in an area often neglected, especially by small business, who run the risk of their companies being “struck off” because their annual returns are not filed on time.

Our company secretarial department will maintain a company’s statutory records using specially designed software. Returns that are required at regular intervals are prepared and presented to the Registrar of Companies.

Once notified, we will record changes in company details, directorships, and other information and ensure that the relevant form is issued for filing in the Companies Registration Office.
